The objective of the 2nd expert workshop on the gdm was to learn from the experiences of developing countries, to understand their needs, to make appropriate suggestions regarding the modalities of a gdm in a developing country context, and to recommend elements for a gdm decision by the 10th Conference of the Parties of the CBD which will take place in October 2010 in Nagoya, Japan. The workshop was organised by Earthmind on behalf of the Government of the Netherlands and the GDM 2010 Initiative Steering Committee. Followed by a:
